This shouldn't be a problem and I feel is probably unrelated to why you
can only boot to Safe Mode. See MS KB127970 - "Load Failures Listed in
the Bootlog.txt File" (http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=127970) where you
will see the following:
"Font Failures
After you first start Windows, the Bootlog.txt file may list many font
load failures. This behavior is typical. When Font Manager searches the
hard disk for fonts, it may find fonts in several folders. After Font
Manager finds fonts, it records the information so that future attempts to
locate a font proceed more quickly."

What was the last item shown in the bootlog.txt file?

What (if any) error report do you see when trying to boot in Normal Mode?

Are the any yellow exclamation marks or duplicate items shown in Device
Manager in Safe Mode?

There is a PCI item with question mark - no driver loaded?
No error report - blue band across the bottom of the screen.
Can't remember the last item.

after a while.
Can't remember the last item.

Looked at bootlog.txt and all the font files failed to load.
At startup in enhanced/normal mode the blue band across the bottom stops
after a while.

What PCI item? You need to identify this item.

Can't remember the last item.

Please try to find out as my 'guess' is that the 'fonts failed to load'
message may only be a side effect caused by the PCI item (hardware) not
being loaded properly.
