Default display problem

My windows is displaying a green discoloration even if I open new windows
like in IE it is still greenish in color. I dont know if its my settings or
there is something wrong with my computer. Help, please...thanks.

It sounds like a monitor problem/failure. You might want to check your
monitor on another system or another monitor on your system and see what
happens.
