WinMgmt.exe problem relating to freezes
I had had a system crash in Jan 2005 and I took it to a
tech store who fiddled with it and brought it back ( sorry I am running windowsME). It has started to freeze on startup, I have to reboot it. I am getting a log file message sayingWINMGMT terminating an existing copy was detected (Mon Feb 28 12:07:06 2005) Bailing out due to Initialization failure(Mon Feb 28 12:07:06 2005) : core is being shut down by WinMgmt.exe Is this something that I can fix?
