Default usb driver not found

when connecting the mp3 player to the computer, this error message comes up:
usbntmap.sys not found. the message also says that c:\windows\temp\1312339
cannot be found and requires the Windows ME setup disk that I don't have.
How can I get this upgrade?
Thanks
Chantal

It's not an upgrade, it's part of the Windows ME CD. If you can't find it
and it came with the PC, contact the manufacturer for a replacement CD.

usbntmap.sys not found.

Using Windows Explorer look for the file BASE2.CAB and note the folder
containing this file. This is usually either C:\Windows\Options\Cabs or
C:\Windows\Options\Install. Now when asked for the Win Me CD instead of
using a CD point the installer asking for the CD towards the folder
containing BASE2.CAB.
