frozen mouse
Hi, My mouse is stuck and won't move. i'm not sure if this is the correct
board for this topic, but hope that someone can help. I have tried the following without success. run msconfig/selective startup- I cleared all boxes and rebooted, but it was still the same, mouse was stuck. I have also tried checking each box in turn with the same result. I then decided to check the mouse status in device manager, but it says that the device is working properly. I also tried updating the drivers, but the best drivers are already loaded apparently. However, under the resources tab, where it says resource type, there is a message saying interupt request, and next to that,it says setting 12. I have no idea what this means, or whether it is of help but I thought i'd better mention it, just in case. I would really appreciate any help you may be able to offer. It may be a few days before I get to read any answers you post as I am having to visit my local library to access the internet, but I will post back with any results I have as soon as I can. Thanks, Don. |
