Default I'm unable to access the Yes No boxes after reading the user agreement for Win M

Help!Yesterday I decided to Reformat my Hard drive on my
4 year old Hp Xe 813 pavillion.Using the discs that came
with the computer I was able to completely wipeout the
Hard drive. Then to restore it to how it was when I
purchased it. At least that's what I thought...When I
restarted the computer The Windows Millennium operating
system started up. I was prompted to enter where I live,
what time zone I'm in, and was able to test the sound,
which worked fine. Now for my problem; After reading the
License agreement I'm supposed to agree to the terms and
conditions established. Well, the boxes Yes Or No do not
appear on the screen so that I can agree to the terms.
Part of the page can't be viewed. If anyone can tell me
what I need to do to access the complete page I would
appreciate it Very Much! Thanks
