Strange non-printing problem

I am running MS Office 2000 and Outlook Express 5 under Win 98 with an Epson
colour inkjet printer. When I try to print from Outlook Express or Word, the
printer pushes through the correct number of pieces of paper but they are all
blank. However, MS Publisher documents all print correctly showing that
there is no problem with the printer. The ink cartridges are almost new.

I have deleted and reinstalled the printer driver from the original Epson
CD. Any ideas as to what else I could do?
