I have installed Cisco VPN dialer program on a Windows 98
system but it clashes with another program (named Axapta).

I have the same problem on a XP system but managed to
change the VPN service (CVPND) to manual.

So I tried to do the same to the Windows 98 system.

Any idea?

Partly tongue in cheek but we have,

one of the "Run"-keys named "RunServices":
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Services]

also there is many items under:
[HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services]

Probably not Windows NT type services, but they are M$ deviced
"services" present in the Windows [98SE] registry non the less.
