Default Windows ME to Windows XP Networking Issues

I have recently networked our home together using the XP
Home Networking Wizard found on my Microsoft XP install
disk. I ran the wizard on both our new Windows XP computer
and our Windows ME computer. After sharing the correct
files, the XP computer can view, use, and change all the
files on my ME computer, but the ME computer will not even
find the XP computer, let alone allow me to view the
files. In fact, when, on the ME computer, I attempt to
view the "Entire Network" section of the Network
Neighborhood, the program will lock up. Please help me fix
this issue.
