Default Standard IDE/ESDI HD controller (location of Diskdrv.cat file)

I am trying to install a PCMCIA card containing a SD
card. During the installation, it tries to install a
driver for a Standard IDE/ESDI hard disk contoller.
Apparently my early Win 98SE upgrade disk did not have
this file, but I got the file from a friend.

My question is: in which folder or location does this file
(Diskdrv.cat) go in the Standard IDE/ESDI HD Controller
driver installation? What other files are located in the
folder?

Walter Windus
