If you have a second hard drive you can create a new partition on it using
FDISK or the Partition tools in BootIT. If not you will need to use
BootIT's Partition tools to shrink an existing partition before you can
create a new one. As this is a potentially hazardous operation you should
back up your drive before you begin. If you require further assistance with
BootIT some experts in its use hang out here, or you can check the help and
documentation files that come with BootIT for other assistance channels.

On the BING boot screen, click Maintenance. On the resulting screen, click
Partition Work. On the resulting screen, click Create.

Suggest you read the help file and if you still have questions, check out
the BING web site.
