Default Can't log onto secure sites

I DON'T know what happened... but as of 2 days ago... I
cannot log on to any secure site. Not Hotmail, Yahoo
email... nothing. I have run 2 diff virus scans, deleted
all files in temp and Temporary Internet Files... SSL 2.0
and SSL 3.0 are enabled. I have run Spybot, AdAware, Scan
Disk... I reinstalled IE 6... I restored the last several
Registry backups I made on Windows Registry Repair Pro...
basically did everything I could think of...and NADA !
PLS HELP !

See if you can troubleshoot it he
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers2.htm#secure_sites
and try posting in the IE6 groups, where the experts hang out.
