Default Choosing what Windows Explorer opens up to

Can use some help figuring out how to set Windows Explorer to open up to my
C:\ directories and files - both panes - when I click to activate the
program. Now it opens to My Documents; I have to click My Computer, then
Local Disk C: before I can get to my directories and files on C:.

I can't open to what I want to see in Explorer and then closing and
restarting. It only opens back to My Docs. Shouldn't it open back to where
I left it?

Thanks.

Bob
