Files going into Binder Format Only....HELP!!!!

Every file or picture I download becomes a Binder Document, then you try to
open it and you get an error message saying this is not a Binder File, I cant
find out how to change it? Cany anyone tell me please?

Confirm that these files are image files by opening your image viewer
program and using the File / Open option to access the files. If you
confirm that these files really are image files (eg, JPG) then you can try
this:

Right click one of the files in an Explorer windows and choose Open With.
Make sure the option to always use this program for files of this type is
selected. Then select the application you want to use for your image files
when you double-click them.
