Error 1316 Uninstall Error Message

When I ran the uninstall program the first time from Control Panel
Add/Remove Programs everything went fine. But when I ran the uninstall
program the second time to remove the second entry for Sygate Personal
Firewall Pro, I got the following error message on my standalone computer:

Error 1316: A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:
C:WindowsInstallerWIS796E70BBC20D495699DA72BD20184 6E8_5_5_2525.MSI

Does anyone know what is causing this problem and how it can be fixed?

It appears to have happened about 184 times. Look for something
sensible, & post back any further questions.
