I cannot get 32 bit up on my computer. I have a nvidia TNT2 Pro Agp
Video card. I have tried everything.

If you have tried everything, why isn't it fixed? G Have you tried
deleting the sound card in device manager while in safe mode, rebooting and
then reinstalling the audio driver?
