Default recomendations for a memory mang't utility/monitor please

Hi all could any body please recommend a mem mang't utility that displays
what % of memory each process is using as I need to track down a mem leak?
I found teakall usefull to list processes but the mem colum is blank??
Problem occured after
1. Macfee removed worm/trojon OR
2. Installing a windows update.
