Default USB problems

I have installed driver software for Win98 for an MP3
player (USB mass storage device). When I attach the
player, nothing happens and Device Manager gives Error
Code 10 - "This device is either not present, not working
properly, or does not have all the drivers installed". I
believe the first and last of these options to be false.
The device DOES install with Win98 on another machine, and
I have successfully installed a different USB flash drive
on my machine. Anyone know what I can do about this? Thank
you.

Hi

I am having exactly the same problems as you. Did you
get any replies to sort this out?

Thanks

Chris
