Internet Explorer Repair
"Start" "Control Panel" "Add/Remove Programs".
Select IE (note : this is in the list under "*Microsoft* Internet Explorer". IE updates and fixes are listed under "Internet Explorer". Really clear, huh?) When MIE is highlighted, click on the "Add/Remove" button. You should then have three options ; "Add A Component", "Repair...", "Revert...". Select "Repair" and click on "OK". Once the repair has been done, you will be prompted to reboot. HTH -- Regards Nigel Stapley www.judgemental.plus.com reply e-mail address will bounce "Jim" wrote in message ... OK... Internet Explorer Repair
I noticed XP Pro. does not have add/remove for IE 6 sp1. Can you only
overwrite it or does it get repaired in some other way? I know I am asking an XP question in a 98 newsgroup and I only rarely do this.
