Does windows start eventually, or does it just continue to reboot? What is the
error you see, when you state "updating espd error comes"? (I assume you mean escd,
not espd)

Can you boot into Safe Mode?
-Start the computer and hold down the CTRL key till the Windows 98 Startup menu
(boot menu) appears.
-Use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode" and press Enter.

Do a Logged boot, from the same boot menu, and post back with any errors or failures
reported in the C:\bootlog.txt.
