Reinstall of win98

3. Safe Mode
4. Step by step confirmation
5. Command promt only

Any choice I make, gives my C:\
When I type in a: it tells me "bad command"

Where do I go from here?

Q: Did you install TweakUI? You might have mistakenly selected boot
to DOS.
