Default variation in folder view

When viewing some folders as a Web page view some display correctly ie small
icon left top, blue sky fade left top correct fonts and multi coloured
stripe.
Other folders show large icon left top, large font for folder description
thin black line width 80% width of screen & no background.

Is there any fix to to allow all to display the same?

Changing setting under view menu won't fix it.

Start Run..
regsvr32 webvw.dll

Set icons to desired "view" and sort. Then go into folder options and
apply the setting to all folders.

Try this: in Windows Explorer at the problem folder, click the View menu Customise
this Folder, and select "Remove Customisation" and click Next, and follow the
prompts.
