I had no success at yenc newsgroup and I know you guys are the best

I have just migrated from 98se to XP wher I was using YDEC
Why won't the drag and drop work on the desktop of XP like it does in 98se??
I cannot get it to work at all in XP

Any help appreciated.

This is a 98 ng and your Q should be asked in an XP ng where you can get the
best qualified responses.
microsoft.public.windowsxp.accessibility
microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics
microsoft.public.windowsxp.customize
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general
microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support
microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers

Drag/drop works the same as in 98, see if this helps but still post XP q's to XP
groups.

Right click the desktop
Click Properties Appearance tab Effects button
Put a check next to "Show window contents while dragging"
Ok Apply Ok out
