Default ScanDisk found an error

I am a bit of a dummy when it comes to computer terminology, so i dont know
what this means or what to do. i am trying to run scan disk but am getting
this message" the 'C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs' folder contains incorrect
information about 'tvDebug.log'. The size of the file is idfferent from the
size recorded for it in its folder. I can either repair the error, delete
the affected file or ignore this error and continue. I have tried several
times to repair the error but the same message keeps popping up. If anyone
is able to help me with this, it would be muchly appreciated.

That file appears to be generated by Zone Alarm, Since it is a log file, I
think it is safe to delete it as ZA will probably generate another one.
