Because it is an old system and some software makers no longer write their
programs to be used on W98. -- Regards Ron Badour, MS MVP for W98 Tips: http://home.satx.rr.com/badour Knowledge Base Info: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=kbinfo "jp" wrote in message ... when i am using microsoft 98 it is no support some software why |

: when i am using microsoft 98 it is no support some software why Some new software will not run on 3.1, 95, or 98. It usually says so in "system requirements". In almost all cases I have run into personally, there is another, often free, piece of shareware or freeware which will do the same thing better and faster. Or another program you may have to pay for which WILL run on anything - like all good programs should. Google for key words. |
