Try Again...Shell32.DLL Error
Posted the other day no response. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks. Subject: Explorer has caused an error in SHELL32.DLL From: "Bob" Sent: 6/29/2004 5:23:38 PM I am unable to open folders on the root directory in Windows Explorer. Each time I attempt to open subfolders I receive the error message that Explorer has caused and error in SHELL32.DLL and will close explorer. I have scanned for viruses with Norton AV 2004, no identified problems. I have copied Shell32.DLL folder and Explorer.exe folder from my system's driver recovery CD to my program files to replace those folders. No change. I attempted to do a System Restore but was unable due to no restore points prior to problem. Any ideas?...Thanks |
