blank errors

I am recieving error windows (white ones) with no text,
except for the close button. This happens randomly during
any program I use and I cannot find a solution to fix it.
I have Norton Systemworks installed and have contacted
them, and they told me to take it up with you. Nothing I
do seems to fix the problem. I have reinstalled all
programs, all drivers, everything. I REALLY need help,
because this is getting VERY annoying. I might even get
annoyed enough to switch to Linux...
