safemode
i think pc is in safe mode !my screen is all faded and not
allowing full use of system.have rebooted pc shutdown etc. stillthe same,can anybody advise...i am a complete novice thanks

safemode
When a PC boots to safe mode, it tells you it is doing it and the words
"safe mode" are displayed in the four corners of the desktop.
