Default viewing mobile devices connected to USB

I have a nokia mobile which can be used as plug and play memory
storage. This works well on XP but in Win 98 SE this doesnt work. When
i connect the device the driver for nokia USB hub device is installed
sucessfully. But the device is not showing up anywhere (not in My
Computer or Explorer).

Can anyone please help me with this?

Thanks
vinu
