How can I determine which program is accessing the internet?
At times my dialup connection window indicates a lot of communication
with the Internet. I suspect that it is some program wanting to update itself. I thought I had all automatic updates turned off. How can I determine which program is accessing the Internet? And what address it is connecting to? Stan Hilliard |

How can I determine which program is accessing the internet?
Stan,
get your butt over to "Spybot" poste-haste. it sounds like you have been hijacked by a 'dialer'. http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ D/load spybot search and destroy 1.4 itself and update all, then run it. I also suggest you download and use most of the other products at the site. Read about them, get used to them, and use them. lennon. "Stan Hilliard" wrote in message ...
