Transparency of desktop icons?
I am unsure if "transparent" is the correct word.
However, where the text of the desktop icons, by default, is a block showing the desktop color, is there a way in Win 98 SE to remove that "block" of desktop color so that the icon text is directly over the background, with none of the desktop color showing? FACE |
