Default Start-Up problem

When ever I start-up my computer I receive an error messages that reads
:

Windows Network

Unable to load the Dynamic Link Library :
msnp32.dll
The system cannot find the file specified.

Some or all of the following feature is not available :
Microsoft Network

My computer will not go any further until I click on the OK button and
then it will finish loading. Everything seems to work after that but
it's a real pain because I have to wait by the computer when I turn it
on so I can click on the error message. Would someone be able to help
me in this problem. Thanking you in advance, Keith

Error Message: Unable to Load the Dynamic Link Library: Msnp32.dll:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=243431

Extract a new copy of the Msnp32.dll file from the Windows CD, or from the .cab file
location on your hard drive:
http://www.rickrogers.org/sfc.htm#1pp
http://www.rickrogers.org/sfc.htm#2pp

HOW TO: Extract Original Compressed Windows Files:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...EN-US;129605#5

If the error persists after a reboot, remove and reinstall Dial-Up Networking per
the instuctions in these articles:

Err Msg: Cannot Find a Device File That May Be Needed to Run...:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=166832

Error Loading File Msnp32.dll When Attempting to Connect / Uninstall and Reinstall
Dial-Up Networking:
http://support.earthlink.net/mu/1/ps.../1966.psc.html
or

If you still receive errors after that, remove and reinstall 'Client for Microsoft
Networks', from Control Panel Network. You will need your Windows 98 CD, unless
you have the setup files on your hard
drive.
