disabled startup???
ok, so my computer was working until I went into the startup menu and unchecked everything. I have tried everything from restore to using the emergency start up disk. Nothing gets Windows to come back up??/HELP!

So how did you manage to run Restore? Try booting into Safe Mode (Ctrl or F8 at bootup) let it continue to the Help Console and halfway down the Help page select System Restore. Roll-back to the time/date before you unchecked everything and hopefully that should get your Windows back to normal again.
