Default Illegal operation

I must have performed an illegal operation, because the
following message keeps popping up: " Wtoolsa--This progam
has performed an illegal operation. Contact program
vendor" I have no earthly idea what illegal operation I
performed, nor do I know what Wtoolsa is. No matter how
many times I delete the message, it reappears. Please,
please, someone out there help me with this problem. I'm a
senior citizen and need all the help I can get. Thank you
in advance.
