Network 98 to XP
I have networked two computers through a router. Both can access the
Internet. The Xp machine can see files, transfer files, etc to the 98 machine. I can ping from both machines in either direction without problem. The problem is that the 98 machine gives an error when I click on the Neighborhood Network (ie Cannot browse the network. Cannot access the network). Can any one help? I have verified all the group names \, computer, names , etc. I have turned off the firewalls but nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance for any help. Ron |
