Default XP home ICS through 98SE

PC A (Win 98SE) accessing cable broadband via modem
PC B (XP Home) has full file & printer sharing with PC A on the LAN, but
I can't get ICS running on it. All was OK when PC B was on 98SE.
The practicallynetworked site doesn't seem to cover this particular
configuration, or am I missing something here?
