Default Can't access websites

Alright, the office there is using a domain and one of the computers can't
access the net. I can ping and tracert google.com but when trying to access
anything via internet explorer or an ftp client or anything, it won't connect.

I have checked all the settings I can, and they match other computers
settings in the office. What could be causing this?

Thanks!
Colin
