I have found an unknown program that is called 7akq.exe.
I don't know where it came from and if I don't
ctrl+alt+del and end it, it slows down my computer and
keeps the windows task bar from working. Can anyone help?

What does your anti-virus say about it?

Sysai is a parasite and perhaps your AV does not handle spyware and
adware?

Try removing the scumware.

Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites

I suggest you stop the items from starting.
Check in Msconfig for any oddities.
(Start-Run-MSCONFIG-Startup tab)
If you cannot see anything in Msconfig then:

Start-Run-msinfo32
Click the + beside Software Environment to expand.
Click Startup Programs
Ctrl+A to Select All, Ctrl+C to Copy.
Paste that information in your message.
