I am trying to download a weather alert and when it is
almost completed I get a message Ossproxy, contact vendor
if problem continues, which it does. What is causing this?

It said "This program has performed an illeagl operation.
If this problem presists contact the vendor."

That means to contact the maker of the software. The word is not in the MS
knowledge base which is an indication it is a problem involving the software
you are trying to download.

When I tried to redo the weather alter again a little
while ago I got the same message, except up at the upper
left hand corner of the message box it said weather
instead of ossproxy. Should I contact the site I am
trying to download from?
