ossproxy
I am trying to download a weather alert and when it is
almost completed I get a message Ossproxy, contact vendor if problem continues, which it does. What is causing this?

That means to contact the maker of the software. The word is not in the MS

When I tried to redo the weather alter again a little
while ago I got the same message, except up at the upper left hand corner of the message box it said weather instead of ossproxy.
