installing Flash Drive
I am trying to install an Apacer USB 2.0 Flash drive on ME. After ME detects
the new device it switches to an error screen 'Cmdninst has caused error in CDMNEW.DLL' and then fails to recognise there is any mass storage device on a USB port. In Device Manager there is a green question mark on the USB Mass Storage Device tag. The device status screen says it is working properly....but there is still no sign of the flash drive if I try to access it. Do I need driver update? Or whatever???? Thanks John Carlaw |
