IPHLPAPI.DLL file cannot start.
IPHLPAPI.DLL file cannot start.
using Win98SE, got this error during boot up. I just clicked ok, but everything seemed to work fine except for explorer which did work fine when I restarted the pc. Another time had to restart the PC as the error wouldnt go away. |

Are you using Microsoft Broadband networking hardware?
