Default MS-DOS Boot Partition..

When I try to install 98SE I get this error "Cannot
create temporary directory, need to greate MS-DOS Boot
Partition" How do I do this?

To me, it sound like the second part of the message is asking you to set the
primary partition active. Most people use fdisk for this.
