Default Will Connect But Won't Access Pages

The computer will connect to the internet but it will not access web pages.
It keeps saying that the web page is unavailable or it cannot connect to the
server and that kinda thing. Any ideas? Thanx.

It would be nice if you would credit the person you've copied that text
from. It looks like Frank Saunder's work.
