kernel32dll problem

Default kernel32dll problem

When I try to go install a isp I get a access violation at
address BFF7BB9A6 in module kernel32 dll:write off address
BFF7B828 . Some programs I am unable to run such as
NortonSystems Work. Please Help!! SThanks!!

Your PC has a virus, most likely the Swen. Run a complete scan with an up
to date anti virus program and check the maker's web site for cleaning
instructions.

yes, he writes, if that virus is strong u will need to
download some tools if ur anti virus don't provide it, u
can download from www.mcafee.com or from www.symantec.com.
however, i highly recmommend on Panda Titanium anti virus
2004 the best AV software, no doubt if ya want get info at
www.pandasoftware.com.
