Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your Adobe Acrobat Reader.
accord32.exe is your Acrobat Reader.

Thanks Noel,

Yes, I should of course have typed acrord32.exe and I suspect that that is
what the original posted meant to type as well but if not then should carry
out a full formal AV scan using their preferred antivirus application equipped
with current updated set of viral reference signatures.
