Final Good by

I have decided that seeing as how I obviously have much power over at
least one person here by virtue of what he has said about my mother, that I
need to leave; before my words drive this individual into doing something in
real life that he should regret the rest of his life.
When my simply playing around and having a good time admittedly at
others expense causes some and one in particular to go off the deep end I
can see that even though I have not had any malice in my posts that others
have seen malice in my posts where none was intended.
If I have offended anyone I sincerely apologize for any harm you may
have received from my posts even though any such malice was only in the
readers mind; because it surely was NOT my intention to harm anyone.
I am a Christian and a peaceful person and a loving father and husband.
I have however come to the conclusion that even though this is NOT reality
some perceive it as such and because of that fact I have decided to retire
Sugien from this News Group.
I here by give my WORD that I will NEVER post here again, so if any
wish to get in one final or even several last digs at me, or feel a
overwhelming urge to give me any parting zingers, be my guest; because
seeing as how some have taken my posts shall I say "to heart", I most likely
even deserve to allow them the last words.
I will likewise NEVER lurk her either. I know some will doubt the
veracity of this post; but if so I can only offer this. If you doubt my
word go to ACV or ACVA-V and see that I said I was leaving those groups
several times; HOWEVER after giving my word I DID INDEED LEAVE, and have not
and will not return there to post. I did however only give my word there
that I would never POST there again, and I did NOT give my word there that I
would NEVER lurk their. I made that qualification for those groups; because
those groups are advantageous to monitor to be able to keep up with the ever
growing number of virus, and also to be aware of any new vectors of
penetration into computer operating system.


Once again let me say that I have made this decision; because I have become
aware that some here consider this to be reality instead of Virtual Reality.
I am a Christian and will NOT allow anything to interfere with my
relationship with my GOD!
Seeing as how I think some here may actually think this place is real I
can not and will not allow myself to be even the tiniest bit responsible for
anyone thinking ill of ANY Christian even if it is I. So once again I AM
SORRY for my actions here; if for no other reason then because some here may
think ill of ALL Christians because of ONE Christians (me) actions here.

To all Merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year and I will continue to
pray for those here that I may have inadvertently caused any pain or anguish
or anything other then happiness.

Although I sincerely believe that those that say they don't read my post
acutely do, I would appreciate it if someone would relay my apology so that

I haven't followed this particular story, but following similar
exchanges across the newsgroups, I think you are making the right
decision. You'll miss it, but my sense is that these things are
becoming too important to you, and you need to "get out more" :-)

I've followed my own advice there, dipping out of the ngs for months
at a time - usually because I've been away and off regular 'net
access, it is true. In fact, I've just come back from such a trip.
