Default Memory tracking buffer

I get a message when I run tests on my computer checking
my system. My computer is very very slow. The message that
I receive is no memory tracking buffer. Could someone
please help me with this problem. I still have memory, but
apparently it is being reported wrong. Thanks !

What is the name of the program that produces this message?

A google web search fails to locate a single document that contains
the exact phrase "memory tracking buffer".
