Default RunDLL problem

I have an old ACER 340T Travelmate - Pentium 3 - operating on Windows ME.
Needs a good clean-up but presently have one problem on start up.

Windows System directory automatically opens, seems to be looking for a file
that is missing. That file is a DDL file.

Have searched without success, in the Windows ME support section, for the
following missing driver - C:\WINDOWS\BXXS5.DLL

I have the original disks for Win98 and ME upgrade - but am presently on the
road - the discs are at home. My computer still operates but this problem
recurs everytime I open the computer, and I can't seem to figure out where to
get the missing DLL to reload into my computer.

Any ideas or locations on where this DLL can be found, would be greatly
appreciated.
