blue screen of death problem

don't know where else to go, need help, Knowledge Base has
no info. got fatal exception error 0E in 0028:C000247A in
VXD VMM(01) + 0000147A when I did the press any key the
screen went black then did a cad and another blue screen
came up with a warning error.. said system busy or
unstable, but had to do a hard boot. I was in the process
of running my McAfee virus scan. This has happened
twice. Any help here?
