Is it possible to change the default Font size on Wordpad?
Wonder if someone can help me with a question regarding
the Windows 98 WordPad program. Currently WordPad on my Mom's computer has a default Font size of 10. I want to help her change the default Font size to 14, so that she doesn't have to deal with changing it to her preferred Font size of 14 manually every time she uses Wordpad, but I can't figure out how to change it. Is it possible and, if so, how? (By the way, she doesn't have Word on her computer, so Wordpad is what she uses and, frankly, even Wordpad is too complex for her, which is why I am trying to help her have as few things to think about as possible each time she uses it.) Thank you for any help or advice you can offer. |

Wordpad doesn't support default settings. You may be able to set up some
defaults such as font size by creating a document that has the settings already established, and then starting Wordpad by opening that document, instead of opening Wordpad directly. Make it read-only so that the user doesn't accidentally save over the top of it. -- Jeff Richards MS MVP (DTS) "Mystified" wrote in message ...
